We have ensure that the Items/Products on our website are shown as accurately as possible.

Before placing an order please read through these Terms.

 

REGISTRATION

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this website, you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address inquiry@kingmarji.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Kingmarji immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may amend and update your personal profile anytime when you login.

 

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

In order to make purchases on the website you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

 

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Kingmarji offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for stocks from our distribution unit. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once the stock has been delivered to Kingmarji.

 

ONLINE ORDER

  1. Once you have selected a product that you wish to order via kingmarji.com, you will then be shown (on the website) the charges you must pay including taxes, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges.
  2. Customer shall pay for the order in full at the time of ordering by providing us with your credit card details from a credit card company acceptable to us, which we require in order to process your order. The credit card account or member account must have sufficient funds to cover the proposed payment to us.
  3. We shall not be obliged to supply the products to you until we have accepted your order. An order shall be formed and we shall be legally bound to supply the products to you when we accept your order. Acceptance shall take place when we expressly accept your order by email to you, in the form of a document called  “Order
  4. Confirmation” stating that we are accepting your order.

Until the time when we accept your order, we reserve the right to refuse to process your order and you reserve the right to cancel your order.

 

CANCELLATION

  1. Kingmarji may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. Refund will be credited into Customer’s credit card account depending on the period of time your financial institution required to arrange for the refund.

PRICING POLICY

Our shipping is only available at Malaysia (East and West Malaysia). For International Delivery, we have the right to reject or accept the orders according to different deliver destination and situation.

Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 3 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) Please allow 2-5 working days for the delivery. We will only dispatch your order once we had received the acknowledgement of payment from your good self. The delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time.

Our Delivery Charges are based on gross weight of the parcel (Included the combination of product, tag, bubble bag, packaging box, or paper bag).

Prices shown on the website is in Malaysian Ringgit. Customers purchasing from another country might incur relevant import duty and tax. As you will be paying for the relevant import duty and tax upon receiving your delivery, these costs are not included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from Malaysia will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only.

 

RETURN POLICY

  1. This Return Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to Users who have purchased Products through the Website.
  2. This Policy provides Users who have purchased Products through the Website with options to return or to exchange Products.
  3. All defined terms not otherwise defined in this Policy shall have the same meaning as that ascribed to the Terms & Conditions for Users.

You may request to return any Products you have purchased within 7 business days of receiving the Product at your delivery address for any of the following reasons :

  1. the Product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description on
    • the Website on the date of purchase; or
    • the Product delivered is expired or damaged.
  2. You may only return Products that are :
    • unconsumed, unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed;
    • in their original packaging;
    • unopened and unmarked; and
    • returned as a whole and not broken into parts.
  3. To proceed with your return request, you must notify Kingmarji by email at the following email address here within seven (7) business days of receiving the Product at your delivery address. Upon receipt of your return request, Kingmarji  will review your return request and at Kingmarji’s sole discretion, decide to :
    • replace the Product with a new item;
    • give you a full refund for the Product;
    • credit your account with the value of the Product; or
    • inform you that your Product is not eligible for return.
  4. Kingmarji  will confirm your request for a return through email and upon receiving such confirmation, you may return the Product by dropping it off at Kingmarji:

  5. You agree to arrange for and pay the costs of returning any Products to Kingmarji, be it by post or otherwise. Kingmarji reserves the right to deduct the cost of providing any collection service from the refund amount.
  6. Kingmarji must receive and approve your return request before your return can be processed.
